We are excited to announce that our BIMMS Family will be growing both in number and expertise. BIMMS is hiring a Communication & Branding Specialist (M/F) to strengthen the team and complement the growth strategy.
Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in communications, marketing, public relations, or related fields, either in a corporate or agency environment;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English;
- Solid knowledge of SEO, Social Media Management, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Email Marketing;
- Proven ability to manage communication projects, including event coordination and media campaigns;
- Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to develop compelling visual and written content.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a
- paced environment. - Adaptability and resilience in responding to rapid shifts in the communications and branding landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Communication and Branding Strategy: Develop and implement effective communication and branding strategies to promote the company and its products/services across multiple channels: website, social media, email marketing and other communication channels creating relevant and engaging content;
- Content Production: Create written content for the website, social media and other platforms; Review written content and ensure the texts are aligned with the company’s vision and communication strategies and develop translations;
- Social Media Management: Manage and update the company's social media accounts, creating relevant and engaging content.
- Project Management: Coordinate the creation and delivery of the Group’s online and offline marketing materials, managing priorities and ensuring timely execution;
- Media Relations: Maintain relationships with the media, write press releases, and facilitate interviews and media coverage;
- Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events and public relations activities.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyse the performance of communication strategies and adjust as necessary based on data.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure consistency in the company's message and develop communication concepts according to the defined objectives and target audience
- Compliance: Ensure that all communications are following company policies and regulations.
