As a Business Operations Manager at Nokia, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Write and edit content for internal and supplier communication
- Plan and execute communication plans
- Plan and execute change management activities
- Drive continuous improvement mindset within organization and supports
- up initiatives - Provide communication advice and guidance to the sourcing team
- Plan and provide trainings to the organization
- Support the execution of supplier and internal events
- Prepare executive presentations
Key Skills And Experience
You have:
- Strong writing and editing skills for clear communication
- Project management skills for
- functional initiatives - Excellent presentation and networking abilities
- Fluent command of English, both written and verbal
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in business operations
It would be nice if you also had:
- Experience in change management and training facilitation
- Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms
- Strong interpersonal skills and a ‘people person’ mindset
