Redbridge International School is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and strategic
Communications and Marketing Manager
to lead our communications and marketing efforts across both of our Lisbon campuses.

This is a senior role requiring more than 10 years of experience in communications, marketing, or brand management, preferably within an educational or international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the school's overall communications and marketing strategy
  , in line with the school's values, vision, and positioning, ensuring alignment across all departments and campuses.

• Oversee external and internal communications
  to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with the school's tone of voice and identity.

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns
  to support student recruitment, community engagement, and brand awareness locally and internationally.

• Manage the school's digital presence
  , including the website, social media, and newsletters, ensuring content is engaging, timely, and
  - crafted.

• Coordinate and create promotional materials
  such as brochures, event collateral, and videos in collaboration with designers and external providers.

• Work closely with the Admissions and Leadership teams
  to support enrollment goals and strategic initiatives.

• Monitor and report on KPIs
  , engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness to inform ongoing strategy.

• Lead internal communication initiatives
  to foster a strong school culture and community spirit.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum
  10 years of experience
  in a communications, marketing, or similar strategic role.

• Fluent in English and Portuguese
  (written and spoken); French is a strong advantage.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.

• Strong understanding of
  brand development, digital marketing, and social media strategy
  .

• Able to work independently and collaboratively across departments.

• Experience with
  web content management systems
  , graphic design tools, and email marketing platforms is a plus.

• Strong
  interpersonal skills
  and a keen sense of diplomacy.

• Interest or experience in the
  education sector
  is a plus.
