ERP Pilot and its ecosystem. You will apply marketing and communications expertise to support activities outlined in the communication plan, working closely with Change Managers on the communication workstream. Collaboration with Business Readiness and Training streams will be key due to
- functional dependencies, while support from SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises), Program and Project Heads, Business Group Change Leaders, and other streams will help you gather input, feedback, and reviews to prepare and deliver effective communications.
Position: Internship
Duration: 12 months
Start Date (tentative): November 2025
Location: Hybrid in Amadora, Portugal
Education Recommendations: Currently a candidate finishing their BSc or MSc degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field with an accredited school
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
- Develop and deliver communication assets such as articles, email content, presentations, videos, and Share
Point pages to ensure clear and impactful messaging. - Simplify complex topics by gathering and reviewing inputs from multiple sources, transforming them into accessible and engaging communications.
- Manage communication channels and tools, including distribution lists, shared mailboxes, and the Nokia Identity Management System.
- Plan and facilitate engagement activities, such as information sessions, stakeholder interactions, and awareness initiatives.
- Track, monitor, and report on communication activities to measure effectiveness and support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
You have:
- Graduated in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, English or any related field
- Skills in Power
Point with ability to build visuals and attractive slides - Knowledge of Excel and Word
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
- Curiosity, eagerness to learn and experience new things
- Creative and innovative mindset
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
It would be nice if you also had:
- Some familiarity with AI
- Contact with working in a global environment
- Some experience with tools such as Yammer, Share
