We are hiring: Communication Project Manager
Location: Lisbon – Oriente
Start date: Immediate availability
Contract: Outsourcing (with possibility of integration at the end of Q1 2026)
Salary: €1, 700 (negotiable depending on experience) + Meal Allowance €8.60/day

Main Responsibilities:

Manage and implement communication initiatives (employer branding, internal/external communication, events management).

Act as the project’s main point of contact, working closely with HR, Communication, Change Management, and other business/support functions.

Build trusted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinate relationships with communication suppliers (design, video, photo, agencies).

Support corporate communication strategies and local brand activation.

Monitor KPIs, analyze results, and provide insights to improve communication effectiveness.

What we are looking for:

4–6 years of experience in Corporate Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or Project Management (agency or multinational experience is highly valued).

Strong project management and strategic planning skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of PowerBI and Adobe Suite is a plus.

Fluent English (spoken and written); French is a strong plus.

Creative, proactive, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-changing environment.

Strong collaboration skills and a natural networker.
