As a Communication Trainee for Finance, you will:

• Support processes within the Communication team, maintaining quality and effectiveness of Finance processes and providing accurate information to internal and external business partners.
• Communicate via MS Outlook, internal communication systems, and phone.
• Contribute to the development of robotics and automation processes.
• Extract reports from the system and analyze them.
• Assist in clearing and maintaining suppliers' accounts.
• Ensure reconciliation of balances with suppliers.

You are a proactive communicator with a strong customer orientation. You thrive in an international environment and aim for excellence to generate value with your efforts.

You are best equipped for this position if you:

• Have a degree in Management, International Business, or an equivalent field.
• Are fluent in English (knowledge of German is a plus).
• Are willing to work in an international and multicultural environment.
• Have good knowledge of Outlook and MS Office tools, especially Excel.
• Are willing to understand treasury policies related to regular payments.
• Are a team player with a proactive and flexible mindset.
