As a Communication Trainee for Finance, you will support processes within the Communication team, maintaining quality and effectiveness of Finance processes and providing accurate information to internal and external business partners. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Participating in communication with internal and external business partners, mainly focused on payment and invoicing requests;
2. Handling communication via MS Outlook, internal communication systems, and phone;
3. Contributing to the development of robotics and automation processes;
4. Extracting reports from the system and analyzing data;
5. Assisting in clearing and maintaining supplier accounts;
6. Ensuring reconciliation of balances with suppliers.

You are a proactive communicator with a strong customer orientation. You thrive in an international environment and aim for excellence to generate value with your efforts.

You are best suited for this position if you:

1. Have a degree in Management, International Business, or a related field;
2. Are fluent in English (knowledge of German is a plus);
3. Are willing to work in an international and multicultural environment;
4. Have good knowledge of Outlook and MS Office tools, especially Excel;
5. Are willing to understand treasury policies regarding regular payments;
6. Are a team player with a proactive and flexible mindset.
