Communications Expert (m/f/d) Lisboa

Overview

Communications Expert (m/f/d) at Linde Saúde – Lisbon, Portugal. This role focuses on planning and executing communications initiatives to promote the company, manage content across channels, and support digital transformation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Event & Trade Fairs to promote Portuguese trade fairs; coordinate with PR agencies and develop promotional materials
• Oversee the PR agency and provide strategic content aligned with the annual communication plan to maximize media visibility
• Create and schedule content for Instagram, Linked
  In, Facebook; collaborate on website updates and strategy
• Coordinate regional campaigns involving HR, Legal, Compliance, IT, D&I, and Community Engagement
• Draft, design, and distribute newsletters; manage internal announcements via email and Teams; support internal events
• Regularly update content to reflect current initiatives and information
• Lead NPS surveys across regions and channels (e. g. , prescribers, patients) and analyze results
• Prepare actionable reports for internal stakeholders
• Actively participate in digitalization and task automation to support the company’s digital transformation

Qualifications

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or related roles, ideally in healthcare or digital industries
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese; fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in event planning, website and social media management, branding, video production, and campaign execution
• Proficiency in Canva, mailing platforms, Adobe Photoshop or In
  Design; familiarity with survey platforms and data analysis
• Strong
  - solving, critical thinking, and multitasking abilities; able to work independently and collaboratively
• Creative mindset with a flair for visual storytelling and content development
• Willingness to face new challenges and contribute to the company’s digital transformation
• Ability to collect, interpret, and use data effectively to drive digital transformation

This role is a
