What You Will Enjoy Doing

• You will plan and execute Event & Trade Fairs to Promote Portuguese trade fairs, coordinate with PR agencies, and develop promotional materials
• In addition, you will oversee the PR agency and proactively provide it with strategic content aligned with the annual communication plan to maximize media visibility
• In this roll you will create and schedule content for Instagram, Linked
  In, Facebook and collaborate on website updates and strategy
• You will coordinate regional campaigns involving HR, Legal, Compliance, IT, D&I, and Community Engagement
• Draft, design, and distribute newsletters, manage internal announcements via email and Teams, support internal events
• Regularly you will update content to reflect current initiatives and information
• Lead NPS surveys across regions and channels (e. g. , prescribers, patients)
• Analyze results and prepare actionable reports for internal stakeholders
• You will actively participate in digitalization and task automation process, contributing to the company´s evolution towards digital transformation

What Makes You Great

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Further you have 4+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or related roles, ideally in healthcare or digital industries
• Moreover you have strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese, strong command of spoken and written English (Spanish is a plus)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• You have experience in event planning, website and social media management, branding, video production, and campaign execution
• Proficiency in creative tools such as Canva, mailing platforms, Adobe Photoshop, or In
  Design and familiarity with survey platforms and data analysis
• Strong
  - solving, critical thinking, and multitasking abilities; comfortable working independently and collaboratively
• Creative mindset with a flair for visual storytelling and content development

• You are able to collect, interpret and use data effectively, driving digital transformation

This role is a full time position based on an limited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 08:00 hrs till 17:00 hrs.
