Reporting directly to the Group Communications Director and working closely with the Senior Executive Committee, this role is pivotal in shaping and elevating Avincis' internal and external communications. You will showcase the
- driven work we do in emergency aerial services, ensuring our people, customers, and stakeholders are inspired and informed.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

Content Creation & Strategy

• Develop and manage engaging, consistent content across internal and external platforms (website, social media, newsletters, intranet, digital signage).
• Ensure alignment with the Group communications strategy and company vision.
• Collaborate with the wider communications team to deliver
  - quality projects that support business priorities.

Performance & Analytics

• Monitor, measure, and report on communication effectiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement using
  - driven insights.

Agency & Stakeholder Management

• Manage external agencies and suppliers from briefing to delivery, ensuring
  - quality outcomes.

CORE CAPABILITIES:

• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to tailor tone for diverse audiences.
• Strong storytelling mindset: able to uncover, shape, and share impactful content.
• Digitally confident, with expertise in Linked
  In, Facebook, Instagram, and X, plus awareness of emerging platforms.
• Analytical mindset, comfortable using tools like Google Analytics and email marketing metrics.
• Skilled in building relationships and influencing across all levels of the organization.
• Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Communications Manager, either
  - house or at an agency (experienced freelancers also considered).
• Proven portfolio of written and multimedia content across various platforms.
• Comfortable working with senior leaders in
  - profile,
  - paced environments.
• Experience handling media inquiries, building journalist relationships, and supporting crisis communications.
