We’re looking for a motivated and passionate Community & Operations Associate to join our team and help us maintain the exceptional service and community atmosphere our members love. In this role, you will work closely with the Community Manager to enhance our members’ experience while ensuring smooth operations across one of our locations. - paced environment. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Front Desk and Daily Operations Support – Assist the Operations Manager with the smooth running of facilities and member management. Administrative Tasks – Manage member registration, operational maintenance, and scheduling (cleaning, AVAC, events). Cross-departmental Collaboration – Work with different teams to ensure operational excellence and smooth service. Member Engagement – Proactively assess and address member needs, ensuring a personalized experience. Issue Resolution – Ensure quick and effective responses to requests, resolving problems promptly. Space Setup & Maintenance – Help organize, maintain, and prepare event spaces, meeting rooms, and coworking areas. Document & Platform Management – Keep all operational documents up to date and organized.
