Compensation & Benefits Specialist
We are hiring a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our Corporate People Team in Porto.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Compensation Cycle processes, including salary reviews, competitiveness analysis and internal equity;
- Conduct salary benchmarking, ensuring alignment with market compensation practices;
- Ensure job evaluation and mapping, guaranteeing the adequacy of job descriptions and alignment with organizational structures;
- Analyze, propose, and manage corporate benefits, ensuring their competitiveness, attractiveness, and sustainability;
- Manage and optimize fixed and variable compensation processes to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and alignment with organizational strategies;
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure the compliance and efficiency of C&B processes.
Requirements:
- Academic background in Management, Economics, Human Resources, or similar areas;
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Compensation & Benefits, including involvement in Compensation Cycle processes and salary benchmarking, with experience in managing C&B in other geographies being an asset;
- Experience asa key user in HR platforms, especially Success
Factors, is preferred;
- Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies (Mercer, Korn Ferry, and/or others);
- Knowledge andexperience in flexible C&B processes will be valued;
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement;
- Attention to detail and advanced analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel;
- Fluency in English.
