Your Impact

As a Compensation Analyst, you will play a critical role in executing and delivering compensation strategies for
- partner colleagues across the European region, ensuring alignment with the firm’s overall compensation philosophy and compliance with local regulations.

You will take ownership of key workstreams, including preparing and facilitating decisions on compensation levels, structures, and ranges for the Southern Europe Office clusters. This will involve collaborating with stakeholders such as GCF Centers of Excellence, HR, PD, and Finance, as well as contributing to strategic initiatives like redefining guiding compensation principles or assessing the impact of changes in career path architecture. Additionally, you will manage

- related events (e. g. , offers, role changes, mobility, departures), execute compensation cycles in People Central, and communicate compensation strategies to colleagues and leadership.

Your work will ensure that compensation processes are accurate, compliant, and aligned with the firm’s strategic goals, directly impacting the experience and satisfaction of our colleagues.

You will be based in Lisbon as part of the European
- Partner compensation team within the Global Compensation Function. This team collaborates across European Office clusters and Centers, leveraging insights from global Centers of Excellence to design and implement effective compensation strategies.

Your Qualifications and Skills

• 2+ years of experiencein compensation or a related analytical or HR field
• Stellaranalytical capabilityand
  Microsoft Excel proficiencyare a must
• Very
  - solving skillsand a strong sense of ownership, with the ability to create structure in ambiguous situations
• Ability to work collaboratively in ateam environment
• Expertise inrational
  - makingbased on data, facts, and logical reasoning
• Exceptionaltime managementto meet responsibilities in a complex and largely autonomous work environment
• Excellent organizational capabilities, including the ability to initiate tasks independently and see them through to completion
• Ability to work

• Proficiency in maintaining accurate data and conducting audits to ensure compliance with GCF audit guidelines
• Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in
  English. Portuguese/Spanish/French/Italian language skillswill be an additional asset
