About the Job

Supporting all the Compensation and Benefits activities within the organization in accordance with Local and Group regulations and guidelines, ensuring fair and market‑aligned practices.

Your Main Activities

• Ensure HR systems are up to date and maintain their data quality, critical for compensation management and compensation‑related processes by replying to Group or IG requests.
• Contribute to the successful deployment of the annual Compensation Review Process by performing daily tasks such as system data cleaning, reporting, analysis, and overall replying to Group requests.
• Support the team members on daily tasks and projects.
• Support the Benefit daily tasks.

Profile and Skills

• Academic background in Finance, Management or Economics.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Organizational skills.
• Good communication skills – oral & written.
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team.
