We are looking for a Compliance & ISO Specialist to join an international organization operating in a regulated environment (Permanent Recruitment).

This role is suitable for professionals with
- on experience in regulated environments, coming from backgrounds such as compliance, quality, information security, governance or similar areas - not limited to IT-only profiles.

Key Responsibilities

- Support and prepare internal and external audits

- Ensure compliance with the following standards: ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and ISO 17025.

- Create, review and maintain policies, procedures and internal documentation

- Act as a point of contact with auditors and internal stakeholders

- Support teams in the implementation and continuous improvement of processes

- Promote a proactive compliance approach, anticipating risks and audit requirements

Requirements

- Around 3 years of experience in compliance, quality, audit or ISO-related roles

- Solid knowledge of: ISO 9001 & ISO 27001

- Knowledge or exposure to ISO 17025

- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills

- Comfortable working with documentation, policies and written procedures

- Fluent Portuguese

- Intermediate to advanced English (documentation and communication)
