Emagine is currently looking for a Compliance Analyst (Transaction Monitoring) to join a
- term assignment. This is a strategic opportunity to ensure the highest standards of compliance and regulatory alignment within an international banking environment, focusing on sanctions, embargoes, and transaction monitoring.

The selected professional will work closely with stakeholders, compliance teams, and business units to analyze, investigate, and escalate alerts, ensuring adherence to international and local regulations.

Your main responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and compliance teams to ensure proper investigation of transaction alerts.
• Handle and investigate alerts identified within the Sanctions & Embargoes screening process.
• Perform due diligence on transactions using all available and authorized sources.
• Mitigate or escalate alerts as a first line of defense, ensuring
  - quality standards in investigations.
• Document and report atypical transactions, incidents, and investigation results.
• Respect operational
  - offs, handle volumes volatility, and maintain investigation quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of compliance processes, risk mitigation, and team performance.
• Participate in team activities such as workshops, trainings, townhalls, and Agile ceremonies where applicable.
• Proactively provide feedback to improve compliance frameworks, tools, and monitoring strategies.

You bring:

• 3+ years of experience in Compliance, AML, or Transaction Monitoring (banking or financial services preferred).
• Strong knowledge of sanctions, embargoes, and financial crime compliance frameworks.
• Ability to investigate, escalate, and document alerts with clarity and accuracy.
• Familiarity with transaction monitoring systems, compliance tools, and databases.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong
  - solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluency in English (knowledge of Portuguese is a strong plus).
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to operational priorities and deadlines.
