Purpose of Position

Support the Net
Jets Compliance Monitoring Programme by leading internal and external audits to ensure safe operational practices and airworthy aircraft. Ensure activities comply with legal and company requirements. Foster a culture of continuous improvement in safety, compliance, and customer service.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Lead audits to ensure compliance with EU, ANAC, CAA, and other regulations, as well as internal requirements and standards like IS-BAO.
Manage
- up processes for reported findings and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and compliance across operations.
Provide support and feedback to management on system performance and compliance.
Coordinate responses and corrective actions for SACA findings under EASA SACA program.
Support management of third country and foreign operator approvals.
Host external auditors and support departments during
- party audits.
Ensure safety is integrated into all activities and issues are reported appropriately.
Perform other related duties as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other (KSAOs)

Degree preferred but not required if experience matches duties.
At least 4 years’ experience as an auditor in aviation, or 2 years’ as an Internal Auditor at Net
Jets.
Good knowledge of aviation regulations.
Excellent understanding of quality management systems and audit techniques.
Knowledge of EU and UK regulations and IS-BAO standards is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, analytical skills.
Fluent in Business English and proficient in Microsoft Office.
