Compliance Case Systems Specialist (f/m/div. )

We are looking for a dedicated Compliance Case Systems Specialist to support electronic forensic investigations and compliance processes. In this role, you will:

• Provide technical case management services for electronic forensic investigations (e
  Discovery), including the use of AI technologies.
• Perform statistical analyses and create reports using tools such as Power BI.
• Process compliance cases, including categorization and prioritization of compliance reports and investigative measures.
• Assist in the development and recommendation of remediation or corrective actions for affected operational units.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Physics, Business Law, or a comparable academic field.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in compliance management, development, data science, quality management, internal audit, or controlling.
• Practical knowledge of methods and processes in product development, quality management, data analytics, or, alternatively, product law or economic criminal law.

Skills

• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Good understanding of economic and technical interrelations.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional demeanor.

Languages

• Fluent in English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• Fluent in German (spoken and written) – nice to have.
