About the team
The candidate will be an integral member of ZF Compliance Investigation Management team, which is part of the ZF Corporate Compliance department, reporting to the Head of Corporate Investigation Management.
The ZF Compliance Investigation Management department is responsible for the handling and consistent processing of all reported/detected Compliance incidents within the Group.
Location and working model flexible (remote, hybrid, onsite).
What you can look forward to as Compliance Investigator Region EMEA (m/f/d)
- Conducting Compliance Investigations (National and international) in adherence with all relevant legislation, guidelines, and best practices in case of Compliance incidents (including fraud, corruption, embezzlement, violation of legislation, conflict of interests)
- Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of investigations, following compliance with investigation and documentation processes, and ensuring risks are identified and escalated appropriately
- Conduct fact finding and data analyses to substantiate suspicions, derive investigation measures, evaluate financial impacts, and document investigations comprehensively. Conduct
- oriented interviews and prepare documentation in cooperation with Labour Law and Legal departments. - Present investigation results, hold closing meetings, and create reports with measures and recommendations for remediation according to ZF standards.
Your profile as Compliance Investigator Region EMEA (m/f/d)
- Undergraduate degree (Accounting / Finance / Business), MBA or higher preferred; 3-5 years experience in investigations/forensic or Internal Audit, in a global industrial company or a major accounting firm (e. g. , Big Four). Professional certifications (CIA, CFE, or equivalent) are advantageous.
- Very good knowledge of SAP ERP and possibly other ERP systems (e. g. , Microsoft Navision, QAD). Excellent MS Office skills.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, especially in an international environment. Autonomous, responsible, proactive, and assertive mindset.
