What you bring

• A completed commercial apprenticeship and/or at least 3 years of professional experience in the commercial sector; legal knowledge is an advantage.
• Practical experience with ESG; experience in procurement is a plus.
• You are proactive and capable of independently driving topics forward, working in a committed and structured manner.
• Proficient in common software applications such as MS Office.
• You communicate confidently and professionally in Portuguese and English with all stakeholders.
• Effective team interaction and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

What you will do

• Support the development of a
  - wide compliance strategy, monitor compliance with laws, and develop internal rules.
• Manage quarterly ESG reporting for investors (for the Core
  Media Portugal entity), develop reporting requirements, and support annual audits.
• Draft and adapt articles of association, bylaws, and company resolutions.
• Support/coordinate future due diligence processes.
• Assist in
  - wide insurance administration and control of policies.
• Serve as the first point of contact for banks regarding KYC and banking matters.
• Assist with administrative tasks and office management activities.
