Your Tasks

1. Support the development of ENERCON Group's global compliance management system (CMS) in collaboration with the Corporate Governance department and related teams.
2. Participate in identifying, analyzing, evaluating, and managing compliance risks, including communication and monitoring.
3. Maintain and implement guidelines, processes, and documentation related to compliance.
4. Analyze changes in legislation and requirements affecting compliance, and communicate these to relevant groups within ENERCON.
5. Contribute to the design, organization, and implementation of global compliance training programs.
6. Support and maintain the Whistleblower System.
7. Participate in overarching projects within the Corporate Governance department.

Your Qualifications

1. Completed studies in law or economics.
2. Relevant professional experience in compliance.
3. Interest in developing and describing processes, methods, and procedures.
4. Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and conflict management abilities.
5. High initiative and teamwork skills.
6. Analytical and conceptual skills with a careful,
   - oriented approach.
7. Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
