We are seeking a Compliance Project Manager.

Mission

The role involves coordinating weekly meetings to assess project status, delegating tasks, and ensuring all compliance requirements are met. The project includes assessing current information security practices, identifying gaps, and developing policies and procedures aligned with ISO standards. A dedicated project manager will lead this initiative, facilitating collaboration among functional teams and engaging stakeholders throughout the process.

Profile

Seeking expertise in ISO27001/27002 project management and coaching to effectively manage and streamline compliance processes. The candidate should evaluate and determine necessary resources to achieve project goals, with a strong understanding of ISO standards and leadership skills to guide the team towards successful execution. Full compliance achievement is the goal, requiring a strategic partner to lead this process.

Responsibilities

• Establish an Information Security Management System (ISMS) compliant with ISO 27001/27002.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and implement risk treatment plans.
• Develop and document information security policies and procedures.
• Implement training and awareness programs for employees.
• Ensure continuous improvement and prepare for ISO 27001 certification.
• Conduct weekly status meetings and provide progress reports.
• Delegate tasks and assess and allocate resources.
• Prepare comprehensive compliance documentation.
• Deliver training materials and awareness sessions.
• Provide a final project report and readiness assessment for ISO 27001 certification audit.

Requirements

• Higher education in Computer Engineering, Management, Information Systems, or similar fields.
• Expertise in ISO27001/27002 project management and coaching.
• Resilient, organized, and capable of managing stressful situations.
• High degree of autonomy in
  - making, problem anticipation, and commitment to resolution.
• Proactive and
  - oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, with strong empathy for stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
