Key Responsibilities:

Manage and deliver
- related projects from planning to execution

Coordinate stakeholders across various locations and departments

Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and governance routines

Analyze processes, gather data, and support reporting activities

Prepare clear and insightful presentations for clients and management

Support the implementation and
- up of project outcomes

Tools & Tech:

Microsoft Excel & Power
Point – Expert level

General proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

Languages:

English – Fluent (mandatory)

French – Nice to have

Profile:

Experience in managing projects, preferably in compliance or regulatory contexts

Skilled in leading workshops, meetings, and change initiatives

Strong attention to detail and organizational mindset

Client-focused and

Previous experience in financial services or regulatory environments is a plus
