We are currently looking for a Compliance Specialist to join our Legal & Compliance team in a
- paced i
Gaming environment.

The ideal candidate will ensure operational compliance with regulatory obligations, lead AML implementation, manage internal audits, and support the development and maintenance of internal policies and procedures.

Responsabilities

• Manage the ticketing platform and monitor technical anomalies and feature integrations;
• Coordinate internal and external due diligence processes;
• Implement and verify AML procedures in coordination with the AML Officer;
• Lead internal risk management audits and support contingency planning;
• Review and maintain internal policies (Terms & Conditions, Cookies, Codes of Conduct, etc. );
• Coordinate AML training across the company;
• Support the preparation and submission of mandatory reports to the regulator;
• Collaborate with legal and operational teams to ensure regulatory alignment.

Requirements

• Degree in Law, Business, or related field;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, preferably in gaming, fintech, or regulated sectors;
• Solid understanding of AML, GDPR, and gaming regulations;
• High proficiency in English (written and spoken);
• Strong organizational and analytical skills;
• Proactive and
  - oriented mindset;
• Experience in a multinational or i
  Gaming environment is a plus.
