IT Support Specialist

We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients with computer systems, hardware, and software issues. You will also be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting network connections, setting up new equipment, and monitoring system performance.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical assistance and support to clients with computer systems, hardware, and software issues
2. Troubleshoot network connections, printers, and other hardware devices
3. Install and configure new equipment such as computers, printers, scanners, etc.
4. Monitor system performance and identify any issues or areas for improvement
5. Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical problems

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
2. Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
3. Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software troubleshooting
4. Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
5. Experience with network troubleshooting is preferred
6. Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to
   - technical individuals

Salary: $1700/month

Location: Braga, Portugal (without accommodation)
