We are in search of a skilled and knowledgeable Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients and ensuring their computer systems are running smoothly. This is a contract position without accommodation, and we are looking for someone who is available to start immediately.

Responsibilities:

1. Respond to client inquiries regarding computer hardware, software, and network issues
2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to computer systems, printers, and other devices
3. Install and configure new hardware and software as needed
4. Maintain accurate records of all support activities
5. Provide training to clients on how to use different computer programs and systems
6. Collaborate with other IT professionals to identify and implement solutions for complex issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
• Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
• Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
• Familiarity with various software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, antivirus programs, etc.
• Excellent

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this position.

Location: Our office is located in Funchal, Portugal. This is not a remote position.
