We are in search of a skilled and reliable Part-Time Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Porto. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, resolving any hardware or software issues they may encounter. This is a
- time position with flexible hours.

Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware and software issues
2. Install and configure computer systems, printers, and other peripherals
3. Perform routine maintenance on computers and network systems
4. Provide remote or
   - site technical support to clients
5. Train clients on how to use various computer programs and applications
6. Document all support activities and maintain accurate records of client interactions

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
2. Proficient in troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues
3. Knowledge of operating systems, such as Windows and Mac OS
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: 1100$ per month (based on experience)

Location: Porto, Portugal (local candidates preferred)

Type: Part-time (flexible hours)

Note: This is not a remote position. The candidate must have their own visa to work in Portugal. Accommodation will not be provided.
