UI/Product Designer (Figma) — Digital Agency — Full-time, Lisbon (Remote OK, CET±2)

Hook

We need a
- minded UI Designer with taste and flawless Figma execution. You’ll start from early directions/explorations and build a complete,
- ready design system for web & mobile.

Responsibilities

• Formalize the visual direction (palette, type, principles) into a coherent design system.
• Build robust Figma components (Auto-Layout, Variants, Component Properties), design tokens, grids & spacing.
• Deliver
  - ready screens (mobile-first + desktop) with all states: hover/active/disabled/empty/error, light & dark, accessibility (contrast).
• Document a clean developer handoff (annotations, specs, flows) and keep consistency over time.

Must-haves

• Advanced Figma (Auto-Layout everywhere, styles/tokens, variants, clear naming, tidy file structure).
• Modern/premium visual taste (hierarchy, readability, restraint).
• Real responsive (390 ↔ 1440) + accessibility basics.
• Working English. (FR/PT a plus)

Nice-to-haves

• Light
  - interactions (Smart Animate/Lottie).
• Design-system maintenance in shared libraries.
• Pragmatic sense of performance & dev handoff.

Contract & Process

• Full-time (Employment or B2B) — remote possible (CET±2), base Lisbon. NDA required.
• Paid 4-hour test (short and focused) before offer—to validate taste, Figma craft, and rigor.
• Deliverable-based workflow (2-week sprints), fast feedback, no fluff.
