We are seeking a motivated and
- oriented Concierge Specialist to join our Customer Support team.
The support team primarily handles client requests related to subscriptions, including support for our products (CRM system). The team may also assist with user guides, release notes, and testing. All shifts are scheduled (11:00 AM - 08:00 PM / 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM).
Join a dedicated team of four members, including three Concierge Specialists and a Project Manager, dedicated to providing
- tier solutions and support.
Requirements:
- Ability to analyze data and resolve issues effectively.
- Upper-intermediate level of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging presentations.
- Experience facilitating training sessions for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets for documentation and data management.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform and tools.
Responsibilities:
- Identify root causes and troubleshoot issues effectively.

- date database of issues. - Write clear and comprehensive release notes for product updates.
- Create
- friendly guides and engaging presentations. - Provide statistical reports and insights on support activities.
- Regularly check Support and Concierge mailboxes and take appropriate actions.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on progress and outcomes.
