- end solutions, from booking and travel management to expense reporting and corporate card programs. We focus on digital innovation, policy optimization, and ESG-aligned initiatives that enhance employee experience, ensure cost efficiency, and support Nokia’s sustainability goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of new travel and expense management tools in various countries.
- Configure and conduct thorough testing of tools to ensure functionality and accuracy.
- Manage user profiles and provide training and support to end users.
- Ensure diverse and available content within the tools, including contracted rates.
- Identify and implement improvements in OBTs to enhance user experience and efficiency.
- Implement new features and functionalities to meet evolving business needs.
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and procedures on OBTs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience implementing Online Booking Tools (OBTs).
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and
- solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a
- paced environment.
