Responsibilities

• Responsible for IT configuration topics in the SI IT value center sales CPQ chapter, focusing on the “Sherpa
  X Solution and System business type” project.
• Manage the team backlog, prepare user stories and participate in Agile planning meetings.
• Act as part of an effective Agile team, coordinating with the Product Manager, Solution Architect, Solution Consultants, Scrum Master and Development Team.
• Own budget, technical and commercial aspects, including planning, forecasting and aligning system knowledge with customer needs.
• Oversee IT service technical and commercial matters for the assigned areas.
• Handle vendor management, track contract compliance, manage escalations and performance for operations and project topics.
• Support SLAs with internal customers and track service levels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a product owner in an international environment.
• Expertise in configuration solutions focused on “solution and system offering”.
• Knowledge of CPQ service sales processes.
• Strong leadership, risk, and service management skills.
• Experience with encoway configuration engine or similar solutions.
• Experience interfacing Salesforce CPQ (CPQ+ or RCA).
• IT and business background in environments such as Java full stack, C#, Azure.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
