Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to evaluate & negotiate sourcing options for the global warehousing footprint
• Prepare scenario analysis and impact assessments for senior leadership
• Define and execute sourcing strategies within the Warehousing segment
• Manage strategic partnerships to drive improved logistics and customer delivery experience
• Actively participate in the development of the overall Warehouse Sourcing Strategy
• Lead sourcing events to support the Warehouse sourcing strategy
• Drive cost savings and margin improvement activities
• Communicate with executives from
  - functional teams, focusing on risk mitigation strategies
• Engage in
  - range planning initiatives for cost, quality, risk mitigation, and Supply Chain resiliency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or graduate degree preferred
• Minimum 8 years of global warehouse sourcing experience
• Extensive background in Logistics Sourcing, Quality, and Supply Chain Management
• Experience in High Tech Telecommunications or Networking Equipment industry highly desired
• Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience leading
  - functional teams
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Critical thinking ability and capacity to analyze complex information quickly
• Proficiency in preparing and presenting
  - level reports and proposals
• Strong interpersonal skills and
  - oriented attitude
• Ability to multitask with competing priorities and deadlines
• Flexibility in a
  - paced, changing environment with excellent
  - through
• Fluency in written and spoken English
