We are hiring a Client Advisor in Web Solutions, French speaker in Lisbon + relocation package

Your Role

Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone.
Troubleshoot user issues with the client platform, offering guidance and solutions.
Educate users on the platforms features and help them get the most out of their websites.
Work closely with the product and development teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Stay up to date with new client features and updates to provide accurate support.
Collect and relay user feedback to improve overall user experience.

Your Qualifications

C1 level of French and good English skills B2 (Mandatory)
You need to have either experience or knowledge about digital marketing and/or webdesign, and be enthusiastic about it
At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service with strong orientation to the customer (mandatory).
Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate
Experience with website builders or content management systems is a plus.
Passport/ID from a European country or Work permit in Portugal

Benefits for you

Salary range from 1100 to 1300 gross per month
Schedules Weekdays only, between 06h-22h, 8h per day or 40h per week
