Join our multilingual customer service team in Lisbon and provide exceptional support to French-speaking clients. You will handle incoming enquiries, resolve issues quickly and professionally, and ensure every customer has a positive experience.

Requirements:

- Native-level French with at least B2-level English. - Excellent communication skills and an attentive, patient listening style. - Calm, solution‑oriented approach and ability to handle inquiries under pressure. - Team player with a commitment to professionalism and customer satisfaction. - Valid Portuguese work permit and readiness to relocate to Lisbon if not already residing there. - Availability to work full time (40h/week) Monday to Friday between 07:
