CONSEILLER CLIENTÈLE FRANCOPHONE À BRAGA | FRENCH CUSTOMER SUPPORTWe’re seeking dedicated customer service enthusiasts to join our professional team in Braga. This position is strictly open to candidates already living in or around Braga or those who can relocate entirely on their own. No visa sponsorship;



a valid Portuguese workpermit is mandatory. Candidates must have perfect command of French (C2 or native).

Position Details

Base Salary: 880€ paid over 14 months.

Welcome Bonus: Up to 168€ paid over 12 months (subject to attendance conditions).

Meal allowance: 7. 63€ per day.

Health insurance: from day one (free after 6 months).

Location: On-site in Braga (local residency required).

Working Hours: Rotational shifts Monday to Friday 07:00–19:00 and specific Saturdays 08:00–15:00.

Your Responsibilities
As a consultant, you will be the voice of leading financial services and credit platforms. You will handle customer inquiries through various channels, ensuring accurate and empathetic solutions. Your goal is to maintain high satisfaction levels by resolving issues related to accounts, transactions, and payment services with professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements

Native or C2 level of French (verbal and written);



accent‑free speech.

Completed high school education (mandatory).

Excellent communication and active listening skills.

Current residence in Braga or ability for immediate independent relocation.

Legal eligibility to work in Portugal.
