The Role:

The purpose of this position is to support the Group Consolidation & Reporting team by contributing to all key aspects of their daily responsibilities, primarily participating in the consolidation process on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. The role reports to the Consolidation and Reporting Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the monthly consolidation and reporting process, including:

• Ensuring intercompany reconciliations
• Managing a group of countries and assisting them in accounting and reporting
• Reviewing financial reporting packages during monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Preparing IFRS and consolidation adjustments
• Preparing reporting packages for top management and external shareholders
• Assisting in the preparation and publication of annual reports, adhering to guidelines and deadlines
• Improving existing reports, processes, and tools used in daily work

Assistance on various projects and
- hoc tasks, including:

• Acquisition integration
• Automation of reporting and financial statements
• Providing technical support and training to countries and corporate functions as needed
• Supporting the consolidation team with specific
  - hoc analyses
• Supporting the audit process with external auditors

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance and Accounting
• External audit experience (~4 years), with consolidation experience in an international business considered an advantage
• Exposure to IFRS within an international company
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proactive and adaptable attitude
• Team player with good communication skills
• Strong IT skills (Excel, consolidation, and reporting tools)
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
