Consolidation and Reporting Manager - Oeiras - Lisboa

Responsible for preparing and analysing the group's consolidated financial statements;
Ensuring compliance with applicable accounting and regulatory standards.

Our client is a multinational company in the Energy sector.

Description

Preparation of consolidated financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annually);
Journal entry processing and review related to consolidated budgeting and financial statements;
Preparation of consolidated cash flow statements;
Coordination with regulatory authorities and auditors (financial statement audits, tax audits, etc. );
Optimisation of the consolidation process and proposal/execution of process improvements;
Financial reporting in accordance with IFRS or Portuguese accounting standards;
Reporting financial data to senior management.

Profile

Academic degree in Accounting, Management, Finance or similar;
Minimum 4 years professional experience in Consolidation Accounting (mandatory);
IFRS knowledge (mandatory);
Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (mandatory);
Fluent in English (mandatory);
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with related departments and subsidiaries;
Detail-oriented while maintaining a broad perspective;
Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment;
Proactive in driving process improvements.
