We are recruiting for a
- established and growing company operating in the development and management of
- quality residential and commercial projects, with a strong presence in the national market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full management of construction projects, from planning to completion;
• Coordination of technical teams, subcontractors, and external partners;
• Monitoring
  - site execution, conducting technical visits, and participating in project meetings;
• Supervision of maintenance activities for existing properties;
• Management and negotiation with suppliers and service providers.

Requirements:

• Higher education degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field;
• 5 to 7 years of experience in construction project management (residential and/or commercial);
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
• Strong knowledge of digital tools and project management software;
• Proactive, organized profile with a strong
  - oriented mindset.
