- Manage resources and direct project to the full
- Cooperate and communicate with internal and external project
- Come up with ideas and options to project issues/challenges- Manage budgets in terms of estimating
- Evaluate and ensure the technical parts of projects development in compliance with technical standards and
- Review of the execution design throughout the whole construction process in lieu of technical standards and proof practical
- Lead construction meetings on
- Costs estimate map preparation and update. - Experience in procurement and award of works
Our
- Higher Education of Civil Engineering and previous experience in construction
- Previous experience in a similar function within logistics real estate will be positively
- Additional Construction Certificates and BREEAM knowledge will be considered as an advantage. - Good knowledge of construction management software: design, budget, time scheduling,
- Strong organizational and leadership
- Ability to align with
- functional team members and
- Communication and analytical
- Ability to switch between more projects at the same
- Very good written and spoken English language
- Possibility to go on business trips in Portugal- Driving licence
