Construction Manager
The Construction Manager has the full ownership and accountability for all stages of the project, from tendering to successful delivery. This includes managing the

- end tendering process, overseeing project planning and execution in alignment with the project programme, and ensuring the achievement of commercial objectives. The role also entails ensuring the delivery of Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality (SHEQ) targets throughout the project lifecycle. A central aspect of this role is to lead and manage all aspects of people management, including internal teams, subcontractors, general contractors (if applicable), and clients. Additionally, this position involves identifying and developing future opportunities to enhance the company's reputation for both the quality of our work and the way we conduct business.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in construction project management or operations leadership, specifically in cleanroom construction or similar
- standards environments. - Experience in managing the installation of isothermal panels and modular systems in cleanroom projects is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of overseeing projects from tendering to completion, ensuring all aspects of safety, quality, cost control, and timeline management are met.
- Knowledge of modular cleanroom systems and the technical requirements associated with isothermal panels and related building materials.
- Strong skills in budgeting, cost control, and commercial negotiations.
- Ability to assess and manage project risks and opportunities to optimize financial outcomes.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to lead
- disciplinary teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders. - Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with clients, internal teams, and
- party contractors. - A proactive approach to
- solving and conflict resolution, ensuring smooth project execution. - A relevant degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture (or equivalent qualifications).
