Savills Portugal, holding a prominent position in the national market and currently undergoing strong growth with mandates for major projects in Portugal, intends to reinforce its team in the BPC & Architecture Department with the addition of a Construction Manager for its Porto office.

1. Coordination and management of construction teams;
   
   
2. Execution
   - up of work planning schedules;
   
   
3. Site management;
   
   
4. Control of contractual deadlines;
   
   
5. Cost control;
   
   
6. Preparation and validation of works measurement reports;
   
   
7. Construction quality control;
   
   
8. Preparation of periodic progress reports;
   
   
9. Monitoring of
   Health and Safety actions on site;
   
   
10. Execution of provisional handover minutes and all technical documentation.

• Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or Architecture;
  
  
• 2-3 years of professional experience in project management, construction work, coordination, or supervision;
  
  
• Knowledge of Windows environment, with focus on Power
  Point, Excel, and Microsoft Project;
  
  
• Knowledge of English (additional languages are valued);
  
  
• Planning and organizational skills;
  
  
• Ability to meet deadlines;
  
  
• Rigour and excellence in task execution;
  
  
• High sense ofresponsibility;
  
  
• Team spirit and good communication skills;
  
  
• Proactivity, assertiveness, dynamism, and resilience;
  
  
• Driving license.
