We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Braga. As a Construction Manager, you will oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and supervise construction projects from start to finish
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and schedules
• Monitor progress and ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
• Manage project budgets and ensure
  - effective resource use
• Hire and supervise subcontractors and construction workers
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders about project progress
• Resolve issues or delays during construction

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
• Excellent project management skills with multitasking and prioritization abilities
• Leadership skills to motivate and manage a team
• Excellent communication skills for professional interaction with clients, contractors, and stakeholders

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of $1800 per month for this

This role is based in Braga, Portugal, with potential travel to various project sites within the country.
