They are now seeking an experienced Construction Procurement Lead to oversee the sourcing and management of materials, equipment, and subcontractor packages for a major data centre development. This role is central to ensuring project delivery on time, within budget, and to specification.

• Lead
  -
  - end procurement for major construction packages (CSA, MEP, equipment, and subcontractors).
• Develop and implement
  - specific procurement strategies aligned with build programmes.
• Source and negotiate with construction suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and quality.
• Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and design engineers to forecast requirements and coordinate deliveries.
• Manage supplier performance, mitigate risks, and ensure full compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  
  

• 5+ years' experience in construction procurement within a main contractor or data centre environment.
• Proven track record managing MEP and CSA packages across
  - scale projects.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and contract management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and vendor management capabilities.
• Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems and robust reporting/forecasting skills.
