Construction Project Manager  

Hospitality & Real Estate Development | Algarve

STAIRS – People Advisors, a consulting firm specialized in executive search and talent acquisition, is assisting a leading real estate and hospitality development group in the recruitment of a Construction Project Manager for an assignment based in Algarve.

The selected professional will represent the owner in managing
- profile development projects, overseeing all stages of design and construction, and ensuring project alignment with business objectives, compliance standards, and operational deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage
  - scale construction projects, from design phase through to final execution;
• Interface with contractors, architects, and engineering teams to ensure deliverables are met;
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, scheduling, and licensing activities;
• Prepare periodic project performance reports and investor presentations;
• Ensure legal, safety, and quality compliance across all stages of the development.

Technical Competências (Hard Skills):

• Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred);
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management and construction supervision;
• Proficient in Auto
  CAD, MS Office Suite, and project management tools;
• Solid understanding of licensing procedures and real estate development regulations;
• Fluency in English (mandatory), Portuguese is an asset.
