CHALLENGE: As part of the Architecture, Construction, and Maintenance department, the Project Manager will be responsible for the entire process related to the opening and remodeling of PARFOIS stores worldwide, as well as coordinating the teams involved.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the opening of PARFOIS stores and the refurbishment of existing stores worldwide in terms of construction and technical support.
• Comply with defined deadlines and internal procedures.
• Ensure all issues related to store openings are taken care of (e. g. , legal formalities).
• Supervise and lead work teams (different specialties, employees, and external partners).
• Communication and support for franchisees.
• Opportunity to work on different projects simultaneously.

Profile

• Relevant professional experience in similar positions (preferably in retail).
• Degree in areas such as Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering.
• Results orientation (e. g. , construction budget, opening deadlines).
• Fluency in English and or Italian (any additional languages will be valued).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, assertiveness, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
