Savills Portugal, holding a prominent position in the national market, is undergoing strong growth and has mandates for the main projects under development in Portugal. The company seeks to reinforce its BPC & Architecture Department with the integration of a Construction/Site Manager for its Lisbon office.

Key tasks/activities

• Coordination and management of construction teams
• Execution and setup of works planning schedules
• Site management
• Monitoring contractual deadlines and execution
• Costs control
• Preparation and validation of works measurement reports
• Construction quality control
• Preparation of periodic progress reports
• Monitoring of Health and Safety actions on site
• Execution of provisional handover minutes and all technical documents

Requirements, Skills and Experience Desired

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• 2-3 years of professional experience in project management/construction work; coordination/supervision
• Knowledge of Windows environment (Power
  Point, Excel, Microsoft Project)
• Knowledge of English (other languages valued)
• Planning and organizational skills; orientation towards deadlines
• Rigour and excellence in carrying out tasks; high sense of responsibility
• Team spirit and ease of communication
• Proactivity, assertiveness, dynamism and resilience
• Driving licence
