Construction Site Manager - Braga

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all
- site construction activities
Ensure compliance with safety standards, health regulations, and company procedures
Manage construction schedules, monitor progress, and meet deadlines
Coordinate the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications on site
Control quality of workmanship and materials used
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure standards and specifications are met
Manage site documentation, including daily reports, logs, and material deliveries
Identify and resolve issues that arise during construction
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide updates and address concerns
Monitor and manage site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment
Ensure effective communication among all parties involved in the project

Qualifications:

Degree in Civil Engineering
Proven experience in site management or supervision in construction projects
Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and technical drawings
Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance standards
Strong leadership, organizational, and
- solving skills
Excellent communication and team coordination abilities
Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e. g. , MS Project, Auto
CAD; BIM knowledge is a plus)
Availability to work
- site and adapt to
- specific schedules
