Construction Site Manager
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all
- site construction activities - Ensure compliance with safety standards, health regulations, and company procedures
- Manage construction schedules, monitor progress, and meet deadlines
- Coordinate the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications on site
- Control quality of workmanship and materials used
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure standards and specifications are met
- Manage site documentation, including daily reports, logs, and material deliveries
- Identify and resolve issues that arise during construction
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide updates and address concerns
- Monitor and manage site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment
- Ensure effective communication among all parties involved in the project
Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Proven experience in site management or supervision in construction projects
- Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and technical drawings
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance standards
- Strong leadership, organizational, and
- solving skills - Excellent communication and team coordination abilities
- Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e. g. , MS Project, Auto
CAD; BIM knowledge is a plus) - Availability to work
- site and adapt to
- specific schedules
