Consultant – Financial Advisory Lisboa

To support our growth, we are looking to hire a Consultant in Financial Advisory Services for the Transactions Department of Iberia, based in our Lisboa office.

What you will be doing

• Execute the Financial Due Diligence (FDD) strategy defined by the Project Manager.
• Participate in financial analysis and control testing to assess the solvency and reasonableness of the figures of the target entity.
• Collaborate in project coordination, including direct communication with the Target and the Client, under the supervision of the Project Manager.
• Support in the execution of financial advisory work: periodic reporting, independent valuations, Independent Business Reviews (IBRs), and business plan development.
• Assist in the preparation and review of financial models and valuation models (DCF, multiples, NAV, etc. ).
• Conduct research using specialized databases (S&P Capital IQ, Pitch
  Book, etc. ) to support transactions and valuations.

What profile are we looking for?

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
• 2–3 years of experience in audit, transaction services, or the controlling department of a multinational company.
• Fluency in Portuguese, professional English, and Spanish.
• Strong analytical skills and accuracy when reviewing financial figures.
• Proactivity and
  - oriented mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a team within international and multidisciplinary environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power
  Point; experience with BI tools will be an asset.
• Responsible, disciplined, and highly analytical professional.
• Problem-solving attitude,
  - driven, outgoing, and eager to grow professionally.
• Solid knowledge of accounting (IFRS/ES-GAAP) and corporate finance.
