Job Description
At MSX IBERIA, we are looking for a Consultant to join our team.
Your Day‐to‐day Responsibilities
- Providing support and guidance in the adaptation and implementation of standards across the dealer and workshop network.
- Conducting on‐site audits and validating audits carried out within the network of dealerships and authorized service centers.
- Offering support throughout the audit process.
- Implementing standards, reviewing, and optimizing processes.
- Delivering training to the dealer network.
- Translating manuals and adapting them to the Portuguese market.
- Resolving questions that arise during the implementation of standards, acting as a point of contact with the involved departments and ensuring alignment and clarification of criteria.
- Preparing reports on processes and outcomes.
- Actively supporting other consulting projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and contributing best practices, analysis, and improvement proposals.
Working Pattern
- Monday to Friday work schedule.
- Availability to travel: 75% of the time.
- Contract (tempo incerto), with a 40‐hour workweek.
Qualifications
- Higher education qualification.
- Proven B2 level of English, fluent Spanish, and native Portuguese.
- Experience in the automotive sector, ideally with at least two years working in dealerships.
- Proficiency in Office 365, databases, intermediate Excel, and comfortable with technology systems.
- Enthusiastic about traveling across Portugal and Spain, visiting various dealerships and workshops equipped with the most advanced industry technology.
- Organized, proactive and with the ability to take initiative, strong communication and negotiation skills, customer‐oriented approach and problem‐solving mindset.
