We’re hiring a Consultant who blends management consulting rigor with
- on data science. You’ll support
- sales (discovery, Po
Cs, demos) and own client delivery (insights, stakeholder management, account growth). High-impact, hybrid role in Porto working closely with founders.

What
- 'll do:

• Partner with sales on discovery, problem framing, ROI hypotheses, and Po
  C design.
• Build
  - ready materials (decks,
  - pagers) and support live demos & Q&A.
• Lead
  -
  - day delivery: weekly standups, risks, timelines, and value tracking.
• Get
  - on in Python (pandas/Num
  Py; notebooks) for EDA and forecast sanity checks.
• Translate model outputs into clear business recommendations for procurement/S&OP/pricing.
• Feed client feedback into product templates, dashboards, and playbooks.

• Technical/analytical foundation: You understand supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, logistics, and ideally
  - series forecasting—enough to grasp the problem space and evaluate solution
  - offs.

Must-haves:

• 3–7 years in management consulting (MBB/Big 4/boutique) or
  - facing data/analytics consulting.
• Practical Python skills (pandas/Num
  Py; able to read/extend notebooks; comfort with
  - series basics).
• Business fluency in procurement, supply chain, pricing, or S&OP.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management across C-suite to analyst.
• English fluency; based in/willing to relocate to Porto (hybrid).

Nice to have:

• Experience in process industries: chemicals, packaging, pulp & paper, textiles, or broader manufacturing.
• SQL; familiarity with Snowflake/Big
  Query, dbt, Jupyter; basic cloud (AWS/GCP).
• Forecasting
  - how (ARIMA/ETS/Prophet/ML) and metrics (MAPE, s
  MAPE, WAPE).
• Additional languages (Portuguese, German, Spanish).
